Internship Programme
Each year i3A give four deserving university graduates the opportunity to gain valuable practical experience and refine their skills in a wide spectrum of industry-related services. Internships last between 9 –12 months and involve further training at our Bloemfontein Campus and at one of our associated Academies.
To apply, you must be in your final year of studies or have completed a degree in Agriculture.

The AgriSETA has identified Agricultural Extension work as a scarce skills category in South Africa.
Agricultural Extension Officers are intermediaries between research and farmers who operate as facilitators and communicators, helping farmers in their decision-making and ensuring that appropriate knowledge is implemented to obtain the best interventions.
Our Agricultural Extension Course is designed for individuals working in the South African agricultural industry and farming communities.
Agri-Learn, the i3A online campus, gives students access to quality agricultural e-learning programmes and research information. Modules are accredited with the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).
Diploma Programme
Our innovative Diploma courses are SAQA accredited and offered in association with industry leaders.
Our Diploma programme offers students the flexibility to continue with their lives and careers while completing their qualifications. At i3A, you will gain an in-depth knowledge of agriculture in Africa through our collaborations with different institutions (universities, primary and secondary agricultural businesses and private training providers) from across the Continent.
